Return & Replacement Policy
At Bionexis, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. Our return and exchange policy provides you with the flexibility to return items purchased on Bionexis within 10 days for a replacement or refund, no questions asked. We kindly request that you refrain from using the product and maintain its original condition, including tags and packaging. While you are welcome to try on the product, please take care to preserve its condition. You have two convenient options for returning a product:
Pickup Service: In most locations, we offer a complimentary pickup service. Simply select the pickup option when submitting your return request.
Self-Ship: If pickup service is not available in your area, you may opt to self-ship the product to us. In such cases, we will reimburse your shipping costs upon validation of the return and receipt of the courier receipt.
Please note that if a returned product does not meet our quality standards upon inspection, it will be returned to you.
Exceptions and Rules:
All returned items must be unused and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Bionexis is not responsible for products returned in error. If an incorrect product is returned mistakenly, we cannot guarantee its replacement or reimbursement.
For self-shipped returns, we advise secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Replacement Policy:
Replacement of a product is permitted under specific circumstances:
Within 10 days of delivery, if the product is defective or damaged.
Within 24 hours of receipt, if the product is found to be defective upon inspection.
Within 10 days of delivery, if the product is not functioning properly.
To request a replacement for damaged or defective items, please contact our website support team. Replacement will be initiated after verification by our team.
Products will not be replaced in cases of user-induced damage.
Cancellation Policy:
While we endeavor to accommodate cancellations, please note the following:
Cancellation requests cannot be honored once orders are in the shipping process.
Orders under Same Day Delivery or special occasion offers are non-cancellable.
Product Pricing:
Prices listed on our website are current, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to cancel orders with incorrect prices and provide a full refund.
Prices are subject to change without notice, and international transactions are subject to applicable exchange rates and bank charges.
Security:
Your transactions are secure with SSL encryption. We do not store credit or debit card information.

Out of Stock Situations:
If a product is unavailable after ordering, we will contact you within 2 business days to discuss options.
Delivery:
We aim to deliver products within 7-10 business days. Delivery will be made by our staff or trusted courier services.
Please ensure someone is available to sign for deliveries, and report any shortages or damages on the day of delivery.
If an order is marked as delivered but not received, please notify us within 24 hours.
